"I tasked Border Business Solutions with identifying and documenting the processes supporting the Rural City of Wangaratta as part of a complex electronic document handling project. This required independently working with major stakeholders across multiple departments at all levels of management to capture the specific details of over 30 different processes. 

The output received not only met my requirements but went far beyond by identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies and internal controls with practical recommendations. What really surprised me was that this was all completed in a much shorter timeframe than I anticipated for the core work effort.
